How to Get Rid of Diarrhea

Diarrhea is caused due by a viral infection in the digestive system, restricting proper function. When the digestive system does not function properly, it causes watery stools, frequent loose bowel movement, often three or more times a day. These live bacterial cultures restore good bacteria in your intestines and destroy bad bacteria causing diarrhea. Eat two bowls of yogurt with banana a day and notice relief from the condition.

Apple Cider Vinegar– This has a plethora of health benefits and applications. This is an effective cure of diarrhea as it acts as an effective agent against bacteria that causes this health condition. For getting effective results, add one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water, stir well and drink it once or twice in a day.
